The sunk feeling, the confusion, the loneliness, the despair, the panic. Losing your way sparks a whole lotta emotions. And without a clear path out of that dark place, you can spiral out right into depression. Most people do.
At some point, they lost connection to who they are. They lost clarity on what they want and where they’re going. They started following everything else but their inner compass and eventually looked around and didn’t recognize the place.
When we feel lost, our instinct is to go on the hunt. Find what’s missing. Find what’s lost.
